Camper Information

  • Seasonal Dates: The seasonal campsite dates are from May 4th (weather permitting)through the last full weekend in September. 
  • Reservation Policy: A $50.00 deposit is required to reserve a campsite. To reserve an annual campsite for the upcoming year, a $100.00 deposit is required on or before September 1st of each year.
  • Cancellation Policy:  If a reservation is cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival date, there is a $10.00 administration cancellation fee.  If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Refund Policy: No rental refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures. 
  • Registration Policy: All campers must register with Tom Casperson (call 218-452-8226) before setting up your camper.  No site is guaranteed yours until you register. A collection fee of $5.00 may be charged if a camper does not follow these procedures.

  • Rental Receipts: Receipts will be given or mailed to all campers upon request.
  • Storage Fees: In the event you are not returning to Birch Ridge Campground in the upcoming year and you leave your camper beyond our closing date of the last full weekend in September, you will be charged a $10.00 per day storage fee.

Birch Ridge RV Campground, Inc. Ordinance # 101

This rental agreement is between the registrant and Birch Ridge RV Campground only. Any person who uses or attempts to use any camping facilities without payment of the prescribed fee are in violation of this ordinance and are guilty of a petty misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $200.00 plus the cost of prosecution.

No person shall, for camping purposes, leave or park a house trailer, pickup camper, tent trailer camper, or other vehicles used for the purpose of temporary or permanent habitation on any road within the park except for areas designated as campsites.
